Frozen Fruit Delight

2 pkg frozen bluberries
2 pkg frozen fruit (your choice)
2 large cans crushed pineapple
6 sliced bananas
2 qt pineapple sherbert
2 qt lemon ice (below)

Lemon ice: Boil 1 quart water and 4 cups sugar for 5 minutes. Add 1 quart more water and 3/4 cup lemon juice. Freeze overnight. Set lemon ice out 1 hour before mixing with all other ingredients. Serves a lot!

You must be magic. I am going to check Whole Foods for this wheat-free sherbet and see if I can't make it. I love summer fruit and it's right around the corner.
